L’utilizzo di molti veicoli di fanali con tecnologia LED o mista Lampade ad incandescenza /LED ha fatto emergere il problema della segnalazione guasto di una luce richiesto dalla norma ECE - R48.
Le intermittenze attuali realizzate secondo la sola norma ISO 4082 non sono in grado di riconoscere, a causa del basso carico elettrico, il guasto di un fanale a LED.Per rispettare la Norna ECE- R48 è necessario perciò ricorrere a carichi aggiuntivi che simulino la lampada ad incandescenza con conseguente complicazione dell’impianto della macchina.
Per risolvere , in modo semplice questo problema, COBO ha sviluppato una gamma di intermittenze, secondo sia la Norma 4082 sia la Norma ISO 13207-1,che si affianca alla gamma standard e permette l’utilizzo di:
● Tutti fanali LED ISO 13207-1, COBO propone varie versioni ● Tutti fanali lampada incandescenza ● Misto delle due tecnologie
Di seguito alcuni esempi di possibili opzioni: ● 4 + 4 indicatori di direzione a LED conformi a normativa ISO 13207 + 3 spie a LED o Lampada da 12V÷1,2W ● 4 + 4 indicatori a Lampada 12V÷21W + 3 spie a LED o Lampada da 12V÷1,2W ● Combinazione di indicatori di direzione a LED conformi a normativa ISO 13207 e indicatori di direzione a Lampada da 12V÷21W
(per un totale di 4 indicatori per lato) + 3 spie a LED o Lampada da 12V÷1,2W
Esempio: ● Motrice: 4 indicatori di direzione a LED ● Rimorchio: 4 indicatori di direzione a Lampada
The use of many lamps vehicles with LED technology or both bulb/LED lamps brought out the problem of light failure signaling required by the ECE-R48 Standard.
The current intermittences realized according to the ISO 4082 Standard are not able to recognize the failure of a LED lamp due to the low electrical load.In order to comply with the ECE-R48 Standard it is therefore necessary to resort to additional loads that simulate the bulb lamp with consequent complication of the machine’s system.
In order to solve this problem in a simple way, COBO has developed a range of intermittences, according to both the Standard 4082 and the ISO 13207-1 Standard, which joins the standard range and allows the use of:
● All ISO 13207-1 LED headlamps, COBO offers various versions ● All bulb headlamps ● A mix of the two technologies
Hereinafter are some examples of possible options: ● 4 + 4 LED turn signals compliant with ISO 13207 Standard + 3 LED/bulb warning lights of 12V÷1,2W ● 4 + 4 Bulb indicators 12V÷21W + 3 LED/bulb warning light of 12V÷1,2W ● Combination of LED direction indicators compliant with ISO 13207 Standard and Bulb direction indicators of 12V÷21W
(for a total of 4 indicators per side) + 3 LED/bulb warning lights of 12V÷1,2W
Example: ● Tractor: 4 LED turn signals ● Trailer: 4 Bulb direction indicators
