DIMACDal 1987 in AETNA GROUP, DIMAC è riuscita, rinnovando e diversifi cando la propria produzione, ad imporsi come azienda leader nelle macchine per il confezionamento con fi lm termoretraibile e incartonatrici, svolgendo la propria attività in vari settori merceologici (imbottigliamento, conserviero, alimentare, pet food, farmaceutico ecc.). La produzione comprende una vasta gamma di fardellatrici a lancio fi lm termoretraibile, incartonatrici wrap around, vassoiatrici e linee combinate.Attraverso l’incremento della ricerca e la progettazione di nuovi sistemi meccanici ed elettronici volti a ottimizzare il proprio prodotto, DIMAC oggi fornisce soluzioni tecniche originali e d’avanguardia, anticipando e mantenendo il passo con la costante evoluzione del packaging.Determinante in questo cammino è stato lo studio delle esigenze di mercato, condotto attraverso l’analisi delle richieste e delle osservazioni della clientela: in quest’ottica le scelte politiche e di marketing hanno indirizzato l’azienda su strade profondamente diverse da quelle della grande produzione in serie. DIMAC infatti costruisce e realizza progetti “su misura”, in grado di rispondere a problematiche di imballaggio diverse: le macchine, versatili, integrabili ed estremamente fl essibili, forniscono soluzioni valide a un mercato in costante evoluzione.

Since joining the AETNA GROUP in 1987, DIMAC has succeeded, renewing and diversifying the own production, to become a leader for the wrapping with shrink fi lm and cartooning, supplying machines to a wide and diverse range of industries (bottling, preserves, food, pet food, pharmaceutical, etc...).The production range includes shrink wrapping machines with fi lm thrusting system, wrap-around case packers, tray packers and combined lines.This success has been achieved through continua investment in research and development, resulting in improvements in overall design and mechanical and electrical specifi cations. Also, by fully understanding and keeping abreast of the constant evolution within packaging, DIMAC is able to supply original and leading edge technical solutions, at all times.Along the way, it was essential that a detailed study of market dynamics together with an analysis of our own customer’s requirements and observation were carried out to ensure that we continue to supply specifi c market needs.We are therefore able to provide tailor-made project solutions, supplying versatile machines to customers, manufacturers and engineers, each of whom will have differing needs and aspirations.

AETNA GROUP produces and sells on a worldwide basis stretch fi lm wrapping machinery, bundlers, shrink fi lm wrappers, cartoning and taping machines. TUNNEL DI TERMORETRAZIONEL’alta coibentazione garantisce il massimo rendimento con un sensibile risparmio energetico. I fl ussi di aria interni sono regolabili in base alle diverse confi gurazioni per una perfetta retrazione in ogni punto del fardello. Il sistema di raffreddamento posto all’uscita del tunnel è costituito da una ventola nella parte superiore che stabilizza la temperatura del fardello evitando che si scomponga.

THERMO SHRINK TUNNELHigh insulation guarantees the maximum performance and minimises energy losses. Internal air fl ow can be adjusted according to the different confi gurations to achieve perfect shrinking all over the pack. The cooling system at the tunnel outfeed is made of an fan installed in the upper part to stabilize the temperature of the pack avoiding any distortion.

The most advanced series of machines found on the heat shrink fi lm packaging machine market thanks to a “Top Level” electronic management that allows high production performance: through the touch screen panel the operator can control all machine parameters, moreover they are prepared for connection to a centralised production data management network. The maximum monitoring level can be reached via modem, to permit problem diagnosis, program settings and up-grades. Machines series ST@R are available both in the unique frame (monoblock) and in the modular frame variant (option).The ST@R machines are available in the following versions:
