FILTRO ASSOLUTO - HEPA - ULPA FILTER

I filtri HEPA e ULPA hanno una elevata efficienza di filtrazione (0.1 – 0.3 micron) e posso-no essere impiegati nei laboratori di analisi, sale operatorie, in ambito chimico e in ambi-to farmaceutico, così come tutte le applicazioni che comportano il trattamento o la filtra-zione di polveri tossiche o pericolose.

The HEPA – ULPA filters have a high level of filtering efficiency (0.1 – 0.3 micron) andthey are suitable to be used for lab analyses, surgeries rooms, chemical and pharmaapplication as well as all those application dealing with toxic and dangerous pollutants.

FILTRO TEFLONATO - TEFLON COATED FILTER

Lo strato di PTFE (teflon) consente di trattenere sulla superficie del tessuto anche le particel-le più fini. E’ particolarmente utilizzato per la filtrazione di polveri critiche: molto fini, aderen-ti , fibrose. La certificazione IFA-BGIA risponde alla direttiva DIN EN 60335-2-69:2008, checorrisponde ad una categoria di classificazione M. IFA-BGIA: Istituto professionale per lasicurezza sul posto di lavoro (Bonn - Germany)

La serie di aspiratori industriali BULL 3 è conforme alla normativa EN 60335-2-69 e alla Direttiva ATEX 94/9/EC garantendo elevati standard di sicurezza per latutela dell'operatore e dell'ambiente. L’equipaggiamento dell’aspiratore certificatoTÜV MB1 II Ex 3GD IIB consiste: valvola rompi vuoto, ruote e cavi antistatici,messa a terra, filtro antistatico Teflonato classe “M” certificato BGIA, Q.E. consequenza corretta della fase ( se la fase elettrica non è corretta, per evitare chesoffi materiale potenzialmente esplosivo, la turbina non si avvia), post filtrazionesull’uscita della turbina. È possibile, per polveri molto fini e/o tossiche, certificare ilfiltro TÜV HB1, con filtro assoluto HEPA14 o ULPA 15, con filtrazione 99,999%.

On peut certifier le filtre, lorsqu’on travaill avecdes poussière très fine et / ou toxiques,TÜV HB1, avec filtre absolu HEPA14 ouULPA 15 avec filtration au 99,999%..

The vacuums BULL 3 are manufactured according to the EN 60335-2-69 andATEX 94/94/EC regulations and provide high safety standards with regard to ope-rators and environment protection. The vacuums equipment, which is certifiedaccording to TÜV MB1 II Ex 3GD IIB standard, consists of: relief valve, antistaticwheels and cables, grounding, antistatic Teflon filter class M BGIA certified, electri-cal panel with correct phase sequence of the motor (if the electrical phase is notcorrect, to avoid potentially explosive blasts, the turbine will not start), extra fil-tration at the turbine exit. In case of very fine and/or toxic dust, it is possible tocertify the TÜV HB1 filter by using an absolute filter HEPA 14 or ULPA 15 withfiltration degree 99,999%.

Waehrend die Industriesauger BULL 3 den Richtlinien EN 60335-2-69 sowie den-jenigen ATEX 94/94/EC entsprechen, werden höhe Sicherheitsniveaus zur Schutzdes Bedieners sowie der Umwelt gewaehrleistet. Die Einrichtung des nach TÜVMB1 II Ex 3GD IIB zertifiziertem Saugers besteht aus folgenden Bauteilen:Ausgleichsventil, antistatische Raeder und Kabel, Erdung, nach BGIA Klasse M zer-tifizierter Teflonfilter, Schalttafel mit richtiger Phasenfolge (bei unkorrekter Phasewird der Turbinenstart gesperrt, um das Blasen von potentiell explosivem Materialzu verhindern), nachtraegliche Filtrierung am Turbinenausgang. Bei sehr feinembzw. gefaehrlichem Staub, kann der Filter nach TÜV HB1 durch den Einsatz desAbsolutfilters HEPA 14 oder ULPA 15 mit Filtrierungswirksamkeit von 99,999%zertifiziert werden.

Los componentes de las aspiradorascertificada TÜV MB1 II Ex 3GD IIB son: interruptor de vacío, ruedas y cables anti-staticos, puestas a tierra, filtros antistaticos Teflonado clase “M” certificados BGIA,Tablero electrico con secuencia correcta de fase ( sy la fase electrica no es corec-ta, para evitar que el material peligros sea empujada en el ambiente, la turbina nose arranca), post filtracion montado a la salida de la turbina. Es posible, para pol-vos muy finos y toxicos, certificar el Filtro TÜV HB1, con filtro absoluto HEPA14o ULPA 15, con nivel de filtracion 99,999%.
