ALLESTIMENTO STANDARDL’ingegneria meccanica ed elettronica dei tecnici della 4M Refai e la loro esperienza ultraventennale

nel settore cartotecnico hanno permesso la realizzazione di un nuovissimo tagliatore da bobina a fogli in formato finito, il CSS, che affiancandosi ai tagliatori della linea Flexy Cut completa la gamma delle macchine per la trasformazione della carta da bobina a fogli.

Anche i tagliatori della serie CSS possono vantare l’ottima affidabilità che già contraddistingue i tagliatori della serie Flexy Cut grazie alla qualità dei componenti meccanici ed elettronici impiegati, qualità che si traduce in ottima precisione di taglio e formazione della risma.

4M Refai offre ai propri clienti la possibilità di personalizzare il CSS, per diversi formati di taglio ed eventuali altre esigenze particolari, affermando così la propria versatilità costruttiva.

TO FORMAT FINISHED IN A PACKAGE

The CSS, a brand new cut size sheeter, is based on the mechanical and electronic expertise of the

technicians at 4M Refai who have had over two decades’ experience in the paper converting industry. The CSS, together with the cutters in the Flexy Cut line, completes the range of cut size sheeters. The efficiency of the CSS cut size sheeters is equally as impressive as that of the Flexy Cut cutters. This is thanks to the high quality of the mechanical and electronic components which ensure absolute precision in the cutting and forming of the reams.

4M Refai can produce its CSS cut size sheeters to measure according to cutting size and the particular needs of its customers. This only goes to show the company’s great versatility.

I tagliatori della serie CSS sono macchine completamente nuove che permettono di ottenere direttamente da una

o due bobine i fogli nel formato definitivo desiderato, senza passare attraverso le classiche taglierine lineari.

Il taglio contemporaneo di due bobine, stampate a doppio controllo di registro, e la possibilità di condensare in una sola macchina le operazioni normalmente affidate ad un tagliatore trasversale e ad una taglierina lineare, riducono notevolmente i costi del prodotto finito grazie ad una elevatissima velocità di produzione e ad un minor utilizzo di personale.

The ultra-modern CSS cut size sheeters use one or two reels to cut paper directly in the final, desired size without

the need of the usual linear cutters.

The simultaneous cutting of two reels (printed with a double control system) and the possibility of using a single machine to do all the work normally performed by a cross cutter and a linear cutter, guarantee much faster production and less need of manual labour and, therefore, far lower operating costs.
