HOW YOU PARTICIPATE INMEETING


Tardiness • There is NO “Tardiness” in CREATO’s dictionary

• Do not be “LATE”• We have a limited time! We are all responsible for our team’s available time slot!

• If you cannot attend schedule, or will be late for the schedule• Please let us know, so we don’t need to wait and can start without you

• What is “LATE”?• When we say 13:00, 13:00 is what I want, not 13:01 or later

• Don’t waste our precious time• If you are late at “Personal meeting” without notice

• You basically have only 30 minute slot, you will lose some time if you are late• Or your appointment will be dropped out


When you present something• When you do your presentation• When you are in the meeting, and is your turn to discuss

• YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE MATERIALS READY• Notes• Presentation materials• Related papers…

• If you are not ready, do not hesitate to postpone, BUT…• So we can use this free slot for more productive use• Also means that your precious time slot is also consuming…• And also consuming our time slot…

• AGENDA: list of things that we need to solve, discuss, and decide during the meeting• All the meeting will be required to have AGENDA• If there are none, we don’t need to do the meeting
