GHINESGHINES puó essere de� nita “smart manufacturing”, un segno distintivo per la nostra Azienda: idee semplici e focalizzate su esigenze speci� che, creatività e tecnologia tutte italiane, ricerca e sviluppo a tutto campo, per un mercato in continuo mutamento. Da più di 25 anni, GHINES opera nel mercato dei materiali lapidei proponendo soluzioni innovative e cercando costantemente di migliorare l’ attività degli operatori di settore, � n da quando nell’85 inventò la SECTOR, la prima contornatrice portatile al mondo.Con gli anni ‘90 la nostra Azienda si dedica alle macchine stazionarie, in pratica centri di lavoro a controllo “umano” e nel contempo realizza una linea di macchinari ecologici per la raccolta e l’abbattimento della polvere. RESETTING COST At least twice in the life of a tool set, one must input again all the tool parameters after rectification. Time is money.

GHINES TOOLS are state of the art in diamond application for indu-strial purposes.Ghines has exploited at best each diamond processing technique (sintering, vacuum-brazing, electroplating, vulcanization with abrasive strips and with resin) obtaining a set of shaped wheels where each tool represents the best possible solution pertaining to its function in the set.GTOOLS wheels are suitable for any stone material and fit any ma-nual or CNC machines.

The segmented sintered GREEN wheel, the only deformable tool of the set, makes the first rough shaping with a quick stock removal.

The vacuum-brazed BLACK, non-deformable, defines an accurate shaping all along the tool life.

The electroplated RED wheel, non-deformable, guarantees a perfect honing.

The metallic YELLOW wheel, non-deformable as well, offers the best finishing achievable with a diamond tool.

The RUBBER wheels, manufactured under Ghines patent, incorporate diamond into a smooth rubber coat by a vulcanizing process; the running tool has a controlled expansion, which allows, with no pressure, a perfect contour matching to get any desired polishing degree.

The SINTEX resin polishing wheels are manufactured with a rubber layer covered by an abrasive continuous band coating (1,5mm), guaranteeing longer life and better polish when processing though materials.

L’utensile é costruito con una spirale di acciaio inserita in un supporto flessibile. Questo elimina la rigiditá, tipica degli utensili abrasivi tradizionali, e permette di lavorare con il flessibile eliminando le fastidiose vibra-zioni. I vantaggi sono eccezionali: migliore finitura e capacitá abrasiva, minor fatica, notevole miglioramento della vita del flessibile. Disponibile in tre differenti grane diamantate, DOKOYOH puó sostituire con successo qualsiasi utensile abrasivo ad oggi esistente.

E’ un utensile professionale indicato per grosse asportazioni. Utilizzato alla giu-sta velocità, é estremamente efficace su materiali ferrosi, calcestruzzo, gomma e ovunque sia necessario fare consistenti asportazioni.Velocità consigliata : 4000-6000 g/min.
