Un importante ed innovativo concetto delle macchine Auxotoniche FitBack Line consiste nel fatto che la rotazione mantiene la schiena aderente al sedile posteriore, grazie alla forza di gravità ed all’azione delle braccia/gambe. Così, anche durante esercizi impegnativi, la schiena ha un valido supporto, prevenendo danni alla colonna vertebrale.

An important innovative concept of Auxotonic machines FitBack Line, is that the rotation puts the back tight to the support as it is, becoming one-thing with the seat support, because of gravity and because the action of the arms/legs. So, also during binding exercises, the back has a strong support and it’s impossible to have harmful load on the back.

(Fig. 1) Le macchine Auxotoniche FitBack Line hanno una regolazione standard che permette all’utente di utilizzare dal 10% al 140% del proprio peso.

(Fig. 2) Una seconda regolazione estende la configurazione standard dal 2% al 250% del proprio peso.

Le macchine Auxotoniche FitBack Line producono carico senza pesi, contrappesi, aria compressa, molle o qualsiasi altro sistema tradizionale. L’utente utilizza il proprio peso corporeo, opportunamente selezionato con un leveraggio, come in una bicicletta, per produrre il carico; è possibile utilizzare carichi differenti tra lato destro e sinistro.

The Auxotonic machines FitBack Line produce load without weights, counterweights, pneumatics air, springs or any else traditional system. The user trains with his own weight, properly selected with a lever, like a bike, to produce the load; different settings right and left side possible.
