PRESENTAZIONE DELL'AZIENDA

LA SOCIETA’ E’ SUL MERCATO DAL 1963, anno in cui venne fondata a Torino l'Officina Meccanica Mancini che, nel 1969, assunse l'attuale denominazione L.A.M. Lavorazione Attrezzature Meccaniche. NEL 1970 VIENE APERTO LO STAzBILIMENTO DI FANO (PU), ampliato successivamente nel 1974, che diviene l’unità produttiva principale oltre che sede direzionale ed amministrativa. NEL 2000 LAM OTTIENE LA CERTIFICAZIONE DEL SISTEMA QUALITA’ UNI EN ISO 9001, ora aggiornata in 9001:2008, passo fondamentale per garantire ai clienti un elevato standard qualitativo costante nel tempo. Al fine di soddisfare al meglio le esigenze dei clienti ed offrire loro differenti tipologie di prodotti e sevizi, la L.A.M. ha costantemente aggiornato le proprie strutture tecniche e produttive impiegando le più moderne tecnologie quali CAD, CAM, CAE, macchinari CNC, rete di personal computer e software avanzati per la gestione integrata della contabilità e della produzione. Il mix di prodotti e servizi offerti ai clienti è passato dalla produzione di particolari meccanici di precisione, stampi ed attrezzature meccaniche, all'attuale produzione che comprende: macchine speciali a disegno, asservimenti, macchine e linee di lavorazione, movimentazione e di montaggio robotizzate, banchi di montaggio, banchi di controllo computerizzati, revisione e riattrezzamenti di macchine, macchine e complessi di saldatura, utensili non convenzionali a disegno, attrezzamenti di banchi prova e cabine rodaggio motori, gruppi meccanici, calibri per carrozzeria e attrezzature speciali in genere. La produzione abbraccia un campo molto vasto nell'ambito dell'automazione industriale, ma sono due i settori dove i prodotti L.A.M. trovano principale applicazione: la produzione di grande serie e la sperimentazione e collaudo dei prodotti finiti. Due settori con esigenze diverse in quanto, i mezzi destinati alla produzione di serie hanno la primaria esigenza di essere affidabili poiché costituiscono un anello della catena produttiva che non può permettersi inceppamenti; mentre le attrezzature di collaudo devono simulare perfettamente le condizioni di normale uso per potere effettuare prove significative. La L.AM. soddisfa questi requisiti progettando e realizzando tali impianti e installandoli, con i propri tecnici, presso i clienti con formula "CHIAVI IN MANO".

THE COMPANY PROFILE

IN 1963 THE MANCINI MECHANIC FACTORY WAS FOUNDED IN TURIN and in 1969 the company adopted the name of L.A.M Lavorazione Attrezzature Meccaniche). IN 1970 A NEW ESTABLISHMENT IN FANO (PU) WAS OPENED and expanded in 1974, becoming the MAIN productive unit of the company, beyond directional and administrative center. IN 2000 LAM HAS OBTAINED THE CERTIFIED QUALITY SYSTEM UNI EN ISO 9001, now up-dated in 9001:2008, fundamental footstep to guarantee to the customers an elevated and constant qualitative standard. L.A.M. S.r.l. has constantly updated its technical and productive structures to satisfy the customer requirements as better as possible and to offer to them different types of products and services, using the most modern technologies like CAD, CAM, CAE, CNC machinery, PC network and advanced software for the integrated production and accounting management. The mix of products offered to the customers develops from the production of precision machined parts, mechanical dies and equipments, to its current production, which includes: special industrial designing machines, follow-up links, robotized processing and assembly lines, assembly benches, computerised inspection benches, retooling and overhauling of machines, machines and units for resistance welding, non-conventional custom designing tools, engine test benches equipment, gauges for car body elements and special applications, mechanical units, special equipments in general. The product line covers a wide field in the industrial automation sector, but the two main branches in which LAM products are mostly applied are: the mass production and the testing of finished products. They have different requirements as the mass production equipments must be highly reliable because they are the link in a productive chain that can not permit it stoppages, while the test equipments must be projected to carry out important tests in which normal conditions of application are perfectly simulated in order to make reliable tests. LAM satisfies these requirements by carefully designing completed systems and having them installed by their own technicians at the customers' premises according to "FULL SERVICE" formula.
