LIGHT 01, LIGHT 02, LIGHT 03, insieme a LIGHT 06, rappresentano una nuova generazione di monoblocchi e riprendono le dimensioni dei rispettivi modelli della serie CMP (01-02-03). L’obiettivo di questo ampliamento di gamma è quello di offrire maggiori possibilità di scelta, proponendo due diverse tipologie di monoblocchi, di ottimo livello tecnico, ma con caratteristiche estetiche diverse, alle quali si possono abbinare numerosi rivestimenti adatti ad entrambe le tipologie. Per questa nuova serie è previsto l’accessorio “lama salvapiano” in acciaio verniciato per installazioni senza rivestimento. Su tutti i modelli è disponibile in kit, acquistabile a parte, il sistema con saliscendi motorizzato della porta, azionabile con radiocomando.

la tecnologia I monoblocchi della serie LIGHT concentrano importanti caratteristiche tecniche ed estetiche. La sfida per il Centro Ricerca e Sviluppo era proprio riuscire a progettare e produrre dei monoblocchi in grado di coniugare prestazioni e funzionalità tecniche elevate con altrettanto evidenti caratteristiche estetiche, cioè garantire quell’equilibrio di tecnologia e design presente in tutti gli apparecchi firmati Caminetti Montegrappa. Il risultato è la nuova serie di monoblocchi a legna, apparecchi studiati per ottenere un alto rendimento termico, grazie al sistema integrato di recupero del calore che permette di abbattere le emissioni inquinanti e di ridurre i consumi. I monoblocchi LIGHT sono caratterizzati dalla porta con la superficie visibile interamente in vetro ceramico, resistente a shock termico di 750° C, con chiusura a scatto, apribile a saliscendi con l’ausilio di una maniglia fredda, disponibile anche con apertura motorizzata e radiocomando. Il meccanismo a saliscendi dell’apertura riprende il consolidato ed affidabile sistema a colonne, montato su tutta l’attuale produzione di monoblocchi Caminetti Montegrappa. La porta infine si apre anche a ribalta, per la pulizia del vetro. La grande novità tecnica è la camera di combustione rivestita interamente in CMtechTM, il nuovo refrattario, riconoscibile dal colore bianco panna, realizzato con spessori importanti per garantire una combustione ottimale e notevole robustezza. Nella parte superiore della camera di combustione si trova una collaudata applicazione tecnica: il Catalizzatore-Frangifiamma in Keramfire®, sistema di combustione coperto da brevetto, a ulteriore garanzia di una combustione pulita e ottimale, di eccellenti prestazioni in termini di rendimento e di riduzione delle emissioni.

LIGHT 01, LIGHT 02, LIGHT 03 zusammen mit LIGHT 06 sind die neue Generation von Kamineinsätzen, die dem Größe der entsprechenden Modellen der Serie CMP (01-02-03) entlehnen. Mit dieser Erweiterung will man die Auswahl vergrößern indem zwei verschiedene Linie angeboten werden: Die Technik hält den schon bekannten Hochstand aber die Ästhetik ist renoviert worden. Neue Verkleidungen stehen dann jetzt zur Verfügung mit der Möglichkeit der Anpassung an beide Serie von Kamineinsätzen. Für die Serie LIGHT steht das Zubehör „Plattenschutzkante“ aus lackiertem Stahl für den Aufbau ohne Verkleidung zur Verfügung. Bei allen Modellen kann auf Anfrage das Set für das motorisierte hochschiebbare Mechanismus mit entsprechender Fernbedienung bestellt bzw. geliefert werden.

Die Technologie. Die Kamineinsätze der Serie LIGHT stellen eine besondere Verbindung von Technik und Design dar. Die Herausforderung für das Zentrum für Forschung und Entwicklung bestand gerade darin, Einsätze zu entwerfen und herzustellen, bei denen es möglich war, die hohen Leistungen sowie die technischen Funktionen mit gleichsam offensichtlichen ästhetischen Eigenschaften zu vereinen, d.h. jenes Gleichgewicht zwischen Technologie und Design zu gewährleisten, das bei allen Geräten von Caminetti Montegrappa vorhanden ist. Das Ergebnis ist die neue Serie von Einsätzen für Holzfeuerung, die entwickelt wurde, um auf Grund des integrierten Systems zur Wärmerückgewinnung eine hohe Heizleistung zu erzielen, während die Schadstoffemissionen und der Verbrauch vermindert werden können. Die Light Kamineinsätze sind durch eine Tür mit der gesamten sichtbaren Scheibe aus hitzebeständigem Glaskeramik (750°C Temperaturschock) gekennzeichnet, die einen Schnappverschluß aufweist und sich durch einen Schieber mit Hilfe eines kalten Griffes öffnen lässt; auf Anfrage kann auch eine motorisierte Öffnung mit Fernbedienung erhalten werden. Der Schiebermechanismus der Öffnung nutzt das bewahrte und zuverlässige Säulensystem, das bei der gesamten derzeitigen Produktionspalette von Einsätzen der Firma Caminetti Montegrappa montiert ist. Die Tür lässt sich schließlich zur Reinigung der Scheibe auch aufklappen. Die große technische Neuerung ist die Brennkammer, die vollständig mit CMtechTM ausgekleidet ist, der neuen Schamotte, die in größer Dicke hergestellt wird, um eine optimale Verbrennung und eine deutliche Robustheit zu gewährleisten, sowie an der angenehmen cremeweißen Färbung erkennbar ist. Im oberen Teil der Brennkammer befindet sich den Katalysator-Flammenverteiler aus Keramfire®: eine erprobte technische patent-geschützte Anwendung, die eine zusätzliche Garantie für eine saubere und optimale Verbrennung sowie hervorragende Leistungen hinsichtlich Wirkungsgrad und Reduzierung des Emissionen ist.

Der Stil. Der Stil der neuen Kamineinsätze Light lässt sich von dem Design von LIGHT 06 inspirieren: eine vollkommen verglaste Tür mit Verzierung durch Siebdruck nur auf drei Seiten und nicht an der Unterseite zu Gunsten einer am höchsten freien Sicht des Feuers. Jedes Modell hat seine eigene Proportion: LIGHT 01 viereckig, LIGHT 02 rechteckig mit senkrechter Entwicklung, LIGHT 03 rechteckig mit waagerechter Entwicklung. Die Anpassung des Einsatzes ist damit in jeden Raum möglich indem sein besonderer Stil eine unverkennbare Aufwertung mitbringt. Hinsichtlich der Ästhetik, schlägt man den Aufbau von dem neuen langen Warmluftaustritt vor, der auf Anfrage zusammen mit anderen Zubehörteilen wie die „Plattenschutzkante“ für den Einbau ohne Verkleidung bestellt bzw. gekauft werden kann.

lo stile Lo stile dei nuovi monoblocchi LIGHT si ispira all’estetica di Light 06, con la porta interamente in vetro, serigrafata al bordo su tre lati e completamente trasparente sul lato inferiore per dare la massima visione della fiamma. Ogni modello, con la sua proporzione ben definita, LIGHT 01 quadrato, LIGHT 02 rettangolare a sviluppo orizzontale, LIGHT 03 rettangolare a sviluppo verticale, permette facilità di installazione in ogni ambiente e si propone con stile inconfondibile nella valorizzazione dell’abitazione. E’ consigliato, da un punto di vista estetico, l’abbinamento con la bocchetta lunga, acquistabile separatamente come altri accessori optional, ad esempio la lama salvapiano per installazioni su lesena senza rivestimento .

A new perception of fireLIGHT 01, LIGHT 02, LIGHT 03 et LIGHT 06 représentent une nouvelle génération de monoblocs qui reprennent les dimensions de la série CMP (respectivement des modèles 01-02-03). Cette extension de gamme vise à proposer un plus large choix à travers deux types de monoblocs d’un excellent niveau technique mais aux caractéristiques esthétiques distinctes, auxquels de nombreux revêtements adaptés à chaque type de monobloc peuvent être associés. Cette nouvelle série est dotée de l’accessoire « feuille de tôle » en acier verni pour une installation sans revêtement. Le système avec porte escamotable motorisée, actionnable par télécommande, est disponible en kit, vendu séparément, pour tous les modèles.

la technologie: Les monoblocs de la Série LIGHT concentrent importantes caractéristiques techniques et esthétiques. Le défi, que le Centre de Recherche et de Développement s’était proposé de relever, était justement de parvenir à projeter et à fabriquer un monobloc de dimensions importantes tout en conjuguant des performances et de grandes qualités fonctionnelles techniques à des caractéristiques esthétiques tout aussi incontestables ; le but était donc de garantir l’équilibre entre technologie et design que le client peut retrouver dans tous les appareils signés Caminetti Montegrappa. Le résultat est la nouvelle Série de monoblocs à bois ; appareils conçus pour donner un haut rendement calorifique, grâce au système intègre de récupération de chaleur qui permet d’obtenir la neutralisation des émission de polluant et de réduire la consommation. Les monoblocs LIGHT sont caractérisés par la porte dont la surface visible est entièrement en vitrocéramique , résistant aux chocs thermiques de 750°C ., avec loquet de blocage ouvrable et à guillotine avec l’aide d’une main froide, éventuellement disponible avec ouverture motorisée et télécommande. Le mécanisme à guillotine reprend le système à colonnes qui a désormais fait ses preuves et qui est actuellement monté sur toute la gamme de production de monoblocs Caminetti Montegrappa. LIGHT 01, LIGHT 02, LIGHT 03, together with LIGHT 06, represent a new generation of monoblocs taking their dimensions from the models of CMP series (01-02-03). Our objective in widening the range is aimed at offering greater choice by proposing two different types of monobloc, at the highest technical level, but with differing aesthetic characteristics to which one can combine numerous surrounds that are suitable for both types. With this new series we propose a new accessory in the “hearth-saver plate” in painted steel for installation without a fireplace surround. For all models the motorized door system is available in kit form and can be purchased separately.

technology: The monoblocs in the LIGHT Series concentrate important technical and aesthetic characteristics. The challenge for the R&D department has been to design and produce monoblocs capable of bringing performance and technical functionality together with an equal emphasis on those essential aesthetic characteristics. To guarantee that equilibrium between technology and design that is a hallmark of appliances produced by Caminetti Montegrappa. The result is the new series of wood-burning monoblocs, appliances that have been specifically studied to attain the highest thermal yield thanks to a system of heat recovery that allows us to drastically reduce emissions and reduce cut fuel consumption. The monobloc LIGHT units are characterized by the ceramic glass door which allows a complete visual of the combustion chamber and resists temperatures of up to 750° C. The door has a click release and is raised or lowered with a heat resistant handle is also available with a motorized open/close mechanism operated by remote control. The open/close mechanism utilizes the consolidated and reliable column system already currently mounted on Caminetti Montegrappa monoblocs. The door also opens on a tilt mechanism to allow for the cleaning of the glass. The greatest technical advance lies in the combustion chamber which is lined entirely with CMtechTM, a new patented refractory material, recognisable by its cream white colouring and of substantial thickness so as to guarantee optimal combustion and notable sturdiness. In the upper part of the combustion chamber you will find the fully tested technical appliance in the Catalyzing Flame-breaker in Keramfire®, a copyright protected system which further guarantees a clean and optimal combustion as well as excellent performance in terms of yield and reduction of emissions.

style: The style of the new Monobloc LIGHT series take their inspiration from the Light 06, with the door made entirely in ceramic glass and screen printed around three sides while completely transparent along the bottom so as to maximise the view of the flames. Each model, with its well defined proportions, LIGHT 01 square, LIGHT 02 rectangular and developed horizontally, LIGHT 03 rectangular and developed vertically, facilitates installation in any position and lends both a distinctive style and obvious value to a home. We would advise, from an aesthetic point of view, the use of the new opening which can be purchased separately together with other optional accessories, for example the “hearth-saver plate” in painted steel for installation without a fireplace surround.

Version with a motorised vertically sliding doorThe LIGHT series is being presented in a version with a motorised vertically operating sliding door. It is available in kit form as an accessory and can be activated using a remote control thus combining technology and comfort. The kit is installed during the monobloc installation and is not supplied already assembled with the unit, in fact, it is structured in such a way as to allow positioning to the left or the right of the monobloc and you can also choose whether to mount it above or below. The door retains the front drop for cleaning the window. We also need to allow the possibility for the inspection of the area of the motor, which is accessible either to the front or the side, using inspection doors which are easily sourced in the market and should be positioned in relation to the eventual location of the motor.

Stone, dal punto di vista stilistico, è un’interessante rivisitazione, in chiave moderna, della lavorazione a spacco, generalmente utilizzata per caminetti più rustici. From an aesthetic point of view, STONE is a modernization of the more traditional rough-cut style, typical in more country-style models. La base, dalla forma stondata, è in marmo nero Lakis fiammato e spazzolato. Il tutto completato da due elementi curvi per il sopralzo e la cappa, che avvolgono morbidamente i tre lati del monoblocco. A few months after the success reached with the small wood stove, with its innovative design and technological heart, Caminetti Montegrappa introduces the pellet stove version, which is similar and yet different from its predecessor. The scarce need for frequently used commands and the automatic functioning typical of pellet systems make the design of this series even more essential. Thanks to specific accessories, Linea Pellet can be installed in a wall- or corner-mounted suspended solution, or more traditionally on the floor by means of the adjustable wheels for the appliance levelling, thus giving always a lightness effect and a unique aesthetic result. It has a foldaway door handle and can be totally controlled from the control board with back lit display. The control unit manages the appliance modulating the thermal output automatically according to the temperature set depending on the room temperature. Moreover, thanks to the chrono-thermostat it is possible to program three different temperature and wellness levels within 24 hour in a 7-day period. Each function can be easily controlled and programmed with a radio control available on request. The firebox lining with the Caminetti Montegrappa logo can be easily dismantled in order to facilitate the access to the heat exchanger during the cleaning operations, which, together with the maintenance operations, are much easier thanks to the new project that foresees easy and safe procedures. Linea Pellet has a 80 mm rear flueing in axial position and due to its top quality components it is a safe and reliable technically advanced appliance, with a very innovative design.

Il suo nome è LINEA. La sua forma è slanciata e leggermente piramidale, quasi ad accompagnare il movimento della fiamma verso l’alto. Anche questo modello riprende il leitmotiv della più recente produzione aziendale, caratterizzata dalla porta “tuttovetro” con logo e bordi serigrafati. Soluzione che permette un’ampia visione del fuoco e allo stesso tempo alleggerisce l’impatto estetico dell’apparecchio nel contesto della stanza. Ottima sintesi di funzionalità ed estetica Oasi si presenta come un essenziale elemento d’arredo e soprattutto un affidabile apparecchio per il riscaldamento dell’acqua. Le sue dimensioni contenute, pur in presenza della caldaia, ne permettono l’inserimento anche in spazi ridotti. La caldaia in particolare è stata progettata e costruita con lamierati di grosso spessore, a garanzia di lunga durata e sicurezza, soprattutto per gli elementi soggetti a stress termici. Il flusso dell’acqua è stato studiato con particolare attenzione per facilitarne il percorso e ottenere elevati coefficienti di scambio termico. Disponibile in due potenze, 10,5kW e 16,5kW, Oasi ha il piano fuoco in ghisa e presenta una novità assoluta dal punto di vista tecnico: è la prima stufa con la camera di combustione rivestita in CMtech™ il nuovo refrattario realizzato con spessori importanti per garantire robustezza e una combustione ottimale, che si distingue per la gradevole colorazione chiara, ideale per far risaltare il colore ed il movimento della fiamma.

Per ottimizzare al massimo la combustione Oasi è dotata di registro per dosare con precisione millimetrica il flusso dell’aria per la combustione, con preriscaldamento dell’aria secondaria prima dell’immissione in camera di combustione. La camera di combustione stagna è dotata di aspirazione dell’aria per la combustione primaria e secondaria canalizzata ed è predisposta per il prelievo dell’aria dall’esterno, senza alcun impatto all’interno dell’abitazione. Adatta per case passive. La stufa è predisposta per il collegamento con circuiti idraulici, con vaso d’espansione aperto o chiuso ed è dotata di ogni sicurezza prevista dalle normative vigenti per l’installazione in circuiti a vaso chiuso. Nell’estetica di Oasi l’elemento caratterizzante è sicuramente la forma decisa e arrotondata del frontale.La porta, con il grande vetro curvo, è incorniciata dal rivestimento metallico e da un gioco speculare e molto rigoroso di feritoie e curve. Il suo design ricercato e semplice al tempo stesso produce un effetto molto “tecnologico”, grazie anche alla scelta cromatica che vede protagonisti il nero ed il grigio metallizzato. Attualmente infatti Oasi viene presentata in un’unica versione di colore con rivestimento in acciaio verniciato.

From an aesthetic point of view, the characteristic element of Oasi is without doubt the decisive and rounded shape of the front panel. The door, with large curved glass panel, is framed by the metal lining and by a specular and rather bold design of louvers and curves. Its refined yet simple design produces a rather “technological” effect, thanks also to the main chromatic choice of black and metallic grey. Oasi is indeed currently offered in just one colour version with lining in painted steel.

Bei der Ästhetik von Oasi ist das kennzeichnende Element mit Sicherheit die entschiedene und abgerundete Form der Vorderseite. Die Tür mit der großen, gekrümmten Glasscheibe wird durch die Verkleidung aus Metall mit Schlitzen, Kurven und Spiegeleffekt eingerahmt. Sein ausgesuchtes und gleichzeitig einfaches Design ruft auch auf Grund der Farbwahl, deren Protagonisten Schwarz und Metallic-Grau sind, einen äußerst “technologischen” Effekt hervor. Derzeit wird Oasi in einer einzigen Farbe mit Verkleidung aus lackiertem Stahl angeboten.

Dans l’esthétique d’Oasi, l’élément par lequel le produit se distingue est certainement sa forme franche et arrondie sur la façade. Avec sa grande vitre bombée, la porte est encadrée par le revêtement métallique et par un jeu spéculaire et très rigoureux de fentes et de courbes. A la fois raffiné et simple, son design produit un effet très “technologique”, grâce aussi au choix chromatique dont les protagonistes sont le noir et le gris métallisé. En effet, Oasi est actuellement proposé en une seule variante de couleur avec revêtement en acier peint.

Caminetti a legna con focolare aperto

Il marmo è un materiale naturale e come tale è soggetto a variazioni estetiche e cromatiche quali colorazione, tonalità, venature e presenza di eventuali fossili. Tali aspetti sono da considerarsi peculiari caratteristiche che conferiscono unicità ad ogni singolo prodotto. Le lavorazioni eseguite con metodi artigianali conferiscono ai rivestimenti della Caminetti Montegrappa la qualità dei prodotti “fatti a mano”. - La maiolica è un prodotto artigianale; le eventuali piccole imperfezioni sono da considerarsi caratteristiche di questa lavorazione e non difetti poiché ogni elemento è lavorato e verniciato a mano. Si potrebbero quindi riscontrare: un certo gioco fra gli elementi, lievi variazioni di colore e tonalità, il cavillo, piccole soffiature e lievi ombreg-giature sulla superficie degli elementi. - Il Keramfire®, costituito da una miscela esclusiva di materie prime naturali e realizzato dai nostri laboratori di ricerca, è sottoposto a cottura oltre i 1200°C ed è studiato per resistere alle temperature e agli shock termici più elevati. Eventuali cavilli e fessurazioni non pregiudicano le caratteristiche tecnico-fisiche del prodotto. Eventuali rotture del Keramfire®, che non ne compromettano la stabilità strutturale, non pregiudicano il buon funzionamento e le prestazioni dellʼapparecchio. - Lʼacciaio trattato con particolari processi produttivi può presentare lievi variazioni tonali. - Il legno è un materiale naturale con caratteristiche peculiari quali fessurazioni ed assestamenti. - La Ditta si riserva di apportare le modifiche che riterrà opportune senza darne preavviso, per esigenze tecniche o commerciali e non si assume responsabilità per eventuali errori e inesattezze sul contenuto di questo depliant. - È vietata la riproduzione anche parziale di fotografie, disegni e testi. Colours and shades may vary slightly. - Keramfire®, an exclusive mixture of natural materials resulting from the research of our laboratories, is fired at 1200°C and designed to withstand very high temperatures and thermal shocks. Die handwerklichen Verarbeitungsmethoden übertragen der Verkleidung von Caminetti Montegrappa die “handgemachte” Produktqualität. - Majolika ist ein handwerkliches Produkt und deshalb können Farbabweichungen in den Kacheln auftreten. Auch andere eventuelle Einzelheiten wie Haarrisse, kleine Punkte oder Schattierungen, sind echte Eigenheiten des Erzeugnisses selbst. Farben und Tönungen können leichte Änderungen vorstellen. - Keramfire® ist eine besondere Mischung aus natürlichen Rohstoffen über 1200° verbrannt, die von unserer Forschungsabteilung entwickelt worden ist, um die höchsten Temperaturen sowie die thermischen Schocks zu halten. Eventuelle Unregelmäßigkeiten und Risse beeinträchtigen keineswegs die technischen-physikalischen Eigenschaften des Produktes. Eventuelle Brüche von Keramfire®, die ihre eigene strukturelle Stabilität nicht beeinträchti-gen, beschädigen nicht den korrekten Betrieb und die Leistungen des Gerätes. - Der durch besondere Bearbeitungen behandelte Stahl, kann leichte Tönungsänderungen vorstellen. - Das Holz ist ein natürliches Material mit typischen Eigenschaften wie kleine Spaltungen und kleine Senkungen. - Das Unternehmen behält sich das Recht vor, aus technischen oder geschäftlichen Gründen, geeignete Veränderungen ohne Vorankündigung durchzufüh-ren.
