Depuis plus de trente-cinq ans, l’entreprise Malabaila & Arduino Costruzioni travaille pour réaliser des constructions civiles et industrielles, publiques et privées, pour des tiers et pour son propre compte. L’excellence constructive, l’attention aux exigences du Client sont nos priorités. Et le parcours continu de renouvellement de machines et équipements est la preuve de l’engagement de l’entreprise pour une satisfaction toujours plus haute du client. Ainsi comme l’emploi d’une équipe complète, formée par des ingénieurs, architectes, géomètres, assistants de chantier et ouvriers spécialisés.

L’expertise de Malabaila & Arduino a dépassé les frontières italiennes, par la réalisation de projets à l’étranger: les œuvres de fondation spéciale aux Émirats Arabes Unis et les chantiers en France en sont un exemple.

Mais celui-ci, dans le temps, n’est que le dernier chapitre de notre histoire, dont nous allons écrire – nous en sommes sûrs – encore beaucoup de pages.

Letter of the President

For over thirty-four years, the company Malabaila & Arduino Costruzioni has been working aiming at implementing urban and industrial, public and private buildings for third parties and for its own account. The constructive excellence, the attention to the requirements of the Customer are our priorities. And the continuous development and renewal of machineries and equipments is the evidence of the engagement of the firm towards a better satisfaction of the customer. So also the presence of a complete staff including engineers, architects, geometers, job-site assistants and specialized workers.

The expertise of Malabaila & Arduino crossed the Italian borders, with the realization of projects abroad: special foundation works in the United Arab Emirates and the jobs in France are only few examples.

But this is only the last chapter of our history, of which we will – and we are sure of this – write many more pages.

History

Since 1973, the company Malabaila & Arduino

implements civil and industrial, public and private

buildings, restorations, services and special works.

A family enterprise that, since over thirty years, is

able to offer its customers a high construction quality,

distinguishing itself by the capacity of managing

complex projects in different activity branches.

A specialized know-how to face and solve the problems

of all building sectors: residence and industrial

buildings, new or restored, street and underground

infrastructures, special foundation works and the

exploitation of renewable energies.

L’histoire

Depuis 1973, l’entreprise Malabaila & Arduino réalise

des constructions civiles et industrielles, publiques et

privées, restructurations, services et œuvres speciales.

Une entreprise de famille qui, depuis plus de trente

ans, est capable d’offrir à ses clients une haute qualité

constructive, en se distinguant par la capacité de gérer

des projets complexes dans les différents domaines

d’activité. Un savoir-faire spécialisé pour affronter

et résoudre les problèmes de tous les secteurs des

constructions : les bâtiments résidentiels et industriels,

de nouvelle réalisation ou restructuration, les

infrastructures routières et du sous-sol, les œuvres

The company works with its own team, inclu-

ding project managers, engineers, architects,

geometers, job-site assistants and specialized

workers, and avails itself of a qualified technical

office, able to perform timely the programming,

purchase, coordination, quality control and after-

sale assistance.

From the definition of the site to the feasibility study,

up to the operative phase, each project is wholly

managed by an internal staff at the customer’s di-

sposal, and implemented with personnel, working

means and equipments of absolute vanguard.

L’entreprise travaille avec son équipe composée

par des project managers, ingénieurs, architectes,

géomètres, assistants de chantier et ouvriers spé-

cialisés, en utilisant un bureau technique de haute

qualité, qui est capable d’assurer dans les plus

brefs délais la programmation, l’approvisionne-

ment, la coordination, le contrôle de la qualité et

l’assistance après-vente.

De la recherche du site à l’étude de faisabilité, par

une phase opérationnelle, chaque projet est géré

intégralement par une équipe interne à disposition

du client et réalisé avec du personnel, des moyens

de travail et équipements d’absolue avant-garde.

From its foundation up today, the Company had a

constant increase of its turnover, which made the

enterprise a consolidated reality in the Italian pano-

rama. Increment and evolution of a company in a

continuous development, that capitalized its know-

how and reinforced its position on the market.

4.200 couverts, pour les bureaux de direction et

administration, l’atelier, le magasin des moyens

équipements et des matériaux en stock, con-

tinuellement ravitaillés et disponibles. Un seul

but : l’exécution ponctuelle et dans les plus

brefs délais des travaux sans interruptions ni

obstacles d’aucun type.

Le siège, à Villafranca d’Asti, se trouve dans

une position stratégique sur la route nationale

Turin-Asti, non loin des entrées de l’autoroute

Turin-Piacenza, position idéale pour atteindre

facilement toute destination.

A structure with 24.000 m2 of surface, of which

4.200 covered, for the management and admi-

nistration offices, the workshop, the store for the

working means and a great part dedicated to the

equipment and material store, continuously sup-

plied and available. One goal only: the timely and

punctual performance of the works, without any

interruption or obstacle of any kind.

The seat, at Villafranca d’Asti, is in a strategic

position on the national road Turin-Asti, near to

the entries of the highway Turin-Piacenza, ideal

to reach any destination easily.

to the environmental impact, practically transla-

ted in performance of works of bio-architecture,

geothermy and the use of renewable sources

tractor on complex projects involving all aspects

of construction: from finance to the management

of the project and construction processes, the

coordination of the various professionalisms re-

quired for the implementation.

In summary, the company is able to offer a

“turnkey contract” with the advantage, for the

customer, to have only one interlocutor in ter-

ms of organization, but a variety of specialized

professionals, coordinated from the operational

point of view.

Depuis des années l’entreprise a créé une branche

qui gère l’exécution d’œuvres spéciales de fonda-

tion: micro-pieux, tirants, draines sub-horizontaux,

sondages et perforations géothermiques.

Technologies utilisées pour consolider les pentes

en éboulement, l’amélioration des capacités por-

tantes du terrain sur lequel s’appuient les fonda-

tions des bâtiments et le renforcement de struc-

tures lézardées en ciment armé et en muraille.

Il y a de nombreux cas de perforations et installa-

tions pour des applications de GÉOTHERMIE com-

me support d’installations de chauffage / refroidis-

sement. En plus, le bureau technique est à même

de dimensionner et vérifier les œuvres dans le sous-

sol pour des fondations indirectes et consolidations,

ainsi que pour des applications géothermiques.

Since many years, the company created an enterpri-

se managing the performance of special foundation

works: micro-piles, tie-rods anchors, sub-horizontal

drains, borings and geothermical drilling.

Technologies used to consolidate the slopes in

landslides, the improvement of the supporting

capacities of the ground on which the building

foundations rest, and the reinforcement of the

damaged concrete and brik-made structures.

There are many cases of drilling and installations

to apply GEOTHERMY as a support of heating /

cooling installations.

Moreover, the technical office of the company can

dimension and check the underground works for

indirect foundations and consolidations, as well as

for geothermal applications.

Reference supplier for many customers, Mala-

baila & Arduino has managed entirely articulated

projects for important customers. The company

has been working abroad for many years. An

expertise of international level assures an added

value to any activity branch.

Always active in the field of associations, the

company gave over the years its representatives

to important institutional, local and national ap-

pointments.

The CEO, Mr. Guido Malabaila, has been presi-

dent of the Constructors of Asti and their repre-

sentative on national level; he is today vice-presi-

dent of the Industrial Union of Asti.

Mrs. Ing. Paola Malabaila is since two years the

national vice-president of the young ANCE (Na-

tional Association of Building Constructors), after

Les clients

Depuis toujours active dans le domaine des asso-

ciations, l’entreprise a donné au cours des années

ses représentants pour d’importantes charges insti-

tutionnelles locales et nationales.

L’administrateur, M. Guido Malabaila, a été prési-

dent des Constructeurs d’Asti et leur représentant à

niveau national. Il est maintenant vice-président de

l’Union Industrielle d’Asti.

Mme. Ing. Paola Malabaila a depuis deux mandats

la charge de vice-président national des jeunes

ANCE (Association National des Constructeurs de

Bâtiments), après avoir été présidente du groupe

des jeunes à Asti.

Inscrite à l’Association Nationale des Constructeurs

de Bâtiments, l’entreprise a acquis en 1998 la cer-

tification de son Système de Gestion pour la Qua-

lité selon la normative ISO UNI EN 9001. En plus,

depuis 2001 elle garantit l’exécution des travaux

publiques selon l’attestation de qualification (SOA)
