La famiglia Brazzale, identificata nel marchio “Alpi” è nel mondo del latte dalla fine del ‘700, e rappresenta la più antica azienda italiana del settore, in attività ininterrotta da sette generazioni.

La storia della azienda è legata all’altopiano di Asiago ed alla pianura veneta; già agli inizi del 1900 si era realizzato il primo burrificio industriale a Zanè, vicino a Thiene, capitale veneta dei formaggi e mercato franco dal 1492. La combinazione tra radici

agricole e cultura industriale ha permesso alla famiglia Brazzale di raggiungere negli anni posizioni di primato a livello nazionale, non soltanto nel burro.

Negli anni ’50, infatti, il gruppo è pioniere nel Grana Padano, del cui Consorzio è fondatore. Negli anni ’60 a Campodoro (PD) viene realizzato uno dei più moderni ed importanti caseifici italiani, rinnovato negli anni ’90 per recepire le nuove tecnologie della refrigerazione del latte alla stal-

la. Accanto alla attività di produzione, il gruppo svolge da sempre una intensa attività di commercializzazione dei principali formaggi tipici italiani.Il marchio Alpilatte nasce all’interno del gruppo Brazzale negli anni ’70 per contraddistinguere una nuova linea di prodotti che affiancano il “Burro

delle Alpi”.Non soltanto latte e panna UHT, ma soprattutto confezionamento di formaggi che in quegli anni ha avuto enorme sviluppo. Brazzale realizza così un moderno

impianto di taglio, grattugia e confezionamento presso la sede di Zanè, nel quale trasferisce tutto il suo amore per la qualità e l’eccellenza. Il ruolo di importante produttore di svariate tipologie di formaggi offre l’opportunità di essere all’avanguardia di mercato per efficienza e convenienza. Anche nel confezionamento il

gruppo applica la sua filosofia centrata sulla qualità e sulla serietà. La vocazione internazionale del gruppo, che possiede impianti agroindustriali in centro europa ed in sudamerica, facilita negli anni lo sviluppo di una intensa attività di vendite sull’export, sia di prodotti confezionati che in forme.

Nel recente passato il gruppo si arricchisce dell’apporto della famiglia Zaupa, tradizionale e stimato specialista nei provoloni e nelle paste filate. Il gruppo Brazzale potenzia così la produzione di formaggio Asiago D.O.P., raccogliendo gran parte del suo latte nelle più pregiate zone tipiche di produzione.

The important position in the production of different kind of cheese grants the opportunity to be in the forefront on the market in efficiency and advantage. Even in packaging the group complies with its philosophy of quality and seriousness.The international vocation of the group which has plant in centre of Europe and south America, allows it to develop a very important export business for a very important range of dairy products, both packed and wheels. In the very near past the group is enlarged by the presence of Zaupa’s family, specialized in the production of “Provolone” and full fat soft stringy cheese, and this opportunity allowed to Brazzale’s group to strengthen the production of Asiago D.O.P. cheese, collecting the milk from the best local production areas.
