bordo. Anche le aggressive e slanciate finestrature di prua sono realizzate in cristallo di sicurezza riflettente per garantire la privacy di bordo. Le scale sono protette, facili da percorrere e seguono armoniosamente

il tragitto della barca per portarvi al prendisole dove godrete di giornate di mare intense ed indimenticabili. Il cruscotto è immerso nella vita esterna di AICON 56, infatti è posizionato centralmente sul fly bridge e

AICON 56 nasce da una pluriennale esperienza acquisita nella creazione di arredi unici nello stile per imbarcazioni e navi da diporto. Aicon inizia la sua attività nella produzione di Motor Yachts solo nel 1999, ma con una ascesa rapida ed inevitabile, sia per il vantaggio offerto dalla propia localizzazione in Sicilia, cioè nel cuore del Mediterraneo, sia per l’importante piano di sviluppo Volto alla costituzione di un polo per la produzione di Motor Yachts di lusso tra i 50’ e i 120’. I successi raggiunti, hanno portato Aicon a investire 6 milioni di Euro nell’ultimo triennio ed altri 21 milioni per i prossimi 3 anni. Investimenti che porteranno all’acquisizione di nuove aree produttive, macchinari e impianti necessari per l’ampliamento della propria gamma di imbarcazioni. Aicon dispone di 68.000 mq (25.000 coperti) di aree produttive. Completato questo piano di investimenti Aicon disporrà di 150.000 mq di cui 60.000 coperti, nonché di una darsena di 16.000 mq. L’intero ciclo produttivo delle imbarcazioni, dalla costruzione dei modelli e degli stampi in vetroresina, alla laminazione di tutti i componenti in VTR, dalla produzione e verniciatura dei mobili, alla produzione di alcuni dei componenti in acciaio è totalmente curato dalla società, al suo interno, grazie a designer, tecnici e maestranze altamente specializzate che si avvalgono della migliore tecnologia produttiva.

AicOn 56 was born out of years of experience acquired in the production by the yard of the highest quality interiors for yachts and commercial vessels. Despite the fact that Aicon’s brand name production of motor yacht only began in 1999, the swift ascent was inevitable, not only because of the competitive advantage derived from being located in Sicily – in the center of the Mediterranean Sea – but also due to the important industrial development plan that was undertaken for the constitution of a new major ‘nautical center’ for the production of luxury Yachts from 50’ to 120’. The success obtained until today, has enabled the Aicon Group to invest 6 million Euro in the last three years; and the development plan projects an additional investment of over 21 million Euro for the next three years. These investments are destined for the acquisition of new production plants, machinery and necessary installations, all for the scope of broadening the current range of yachts. Today, Aicon’s production facilities cover about 68.000 mq (of which 25.000 are covered). At the successful completion of this aggressive investment plan, Aicon will be utilizing production facilities covering about 150.000 mq of which 60.000 will be covered. in addition, a marina which will eventually cover an area of 16.000 mq, is being completed. Uniquely to Aicon, the entire production cycle of these yachts: from the construction of the models and moulds in fibreglass; to the lamination of all the sub-components in fiberglass; to the construction and high gloss finishes of the interior wood furniture; to the production of the main stainless steel structures; are being built in-house by Aicon’s team of designers, engineers, and trade specific masters in their fields of custom manufacturing to create an extremely specialized workforce that only uses the most advance production technologies.

GIAMMORO

La sede storica dell’AICON è situata all’interno dell’agglomerato industriale di Giammoro a circa 200 metri dal mare e si estende su un’area totale di circa 7.000 mq di cui 4.000 coperti. Lo stabilimento diviso in tre corpi di fabbrica è stato attrezzato per la lavorazione del legno e del metallo e dispone di nuovissimi impianti tecnologicamente avanzati che utilizzando i sistemi di lavorazione in CAD-CAM, permettono la realizzazione di componenti di media serie industriale. Adiacente ad essa su una superficie di 15.000 mq (di cui 6.000 coperti) si sviluppa il nuovo impianto produttivo della AICON. In questo stabilimento vengono prodotti i modelli AICON 52 Fly, AICON 56 Fly ed AICON 64 Fly.

VILLAFRANCA TIRRENA - EX STABILIMENTO PIRELLI

All’interno dell’ex impianto produttivo della Pirelli, a circa 100 metri dal mare si trovano gli stabilimenti, nei quali a partire da luglio 2003 si producono componenti in legno, metallo e vetroresina.

AUGUSTA

Situata all’interno dell’area industriale di Augusta e posta accanto ad un noto cantiere di manutenzione navale, quest’area si estende per circa 20.000 mq ed è tra l’altro dotata di 50 metri di banchina fronte mare. In questo futuro stabilimento, il cui completamento è previsto per il primo semestre 2004, si provvederà a realizzare tutti i manufatti in vetroresina per le imbarcazioni da 22 a 40 metri e all’allestimento delle stesse.

GIAMMORO

The headquarters of AICON are situated in the Giammoro industrial estate 200 metres from the sea, and cover a total area of 7,000 square metres, of which 4,000 indoors. The plant is divided into three factory sections and is equipped for the machining of wood and metal using highly advanced plants with CAD-CAM systems, which allow the manufacture of mass-produced components. Alongside is the new AICON production plant, covering an area of 15,000 square metres (of which 6,000 indoors). This plant pro-duces the AICON 52 Fly, AICON 56 Fly and AICON 64 Fly models.

VILLAFRANCA TIRRENA - FORMER PIRELLI PLANT

Inside the former Pirelli production plant, approximately 100m from the sea, are situated the plants which have been producing com-ponents In wood, metal and GRP since July 2003.

AUGUSTA

The plant is situated in the Augusta industrial estate alongside a well-known maintenance shipyard, and covers around 20,000 square metres, including a 50-metre seafront quay. The plant, which is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2004, will produce all the GRP parts for vessels between 22 and 40 metres, which will be fitted out on site.
