In January 2009 we inaugurated a new production area (100,000 square meters) in Mozzagrogna (CH) where we produce:

- medium heavy metal structural work;- flange;- mechanical processing;- special pieces in steel for pipes;- wind towers;- steel tubes of large diameter.

Constant investment in machinery with cutting-edge technology has allowed us to meet the requests of our clients using concrete solutions consenting us to survive on the market and gaining trust in a demanding and prepared clientele.

Il nostro sito di produzione è organizzato e strutturato per la realizzazione di tutti i nostri manufatti in maniera particolare per la realizzazione di prodotti per il settore energetico. Inoltre abbiamo a nostra disposizione presso il porto di Ortona un’area dove poter assemblare e spedire con navi mercantili componenti di dimensioni e pesi non trasportabili su autocarro.

Our production site is structured and organized to produce all our articles in a particular way to realize the products for the energy sector. Furthermore, we have at our disposition at the Port of Ortona an area where we can assemble and ship (by merchant ship) components which are not possible to transport by lorry due to their size and weight.

La nostra azienda produce :

Le torri e le fondazioni sono realizzate con lamiere in acciaio saldate con procedimenti automatici ad arco sommerso (SAW). Tutto il personale e i procedimenti tecnologici sono certificati secondo le norme EN ISO.In reparti specifici vengono eseguiti pre-trattamenti specialistici tipo granigliatura e metallizzazione con Zn, Zn-Al e trattamenti protettivi superficiali con cicli di verniciatura.

All staff and technological procedures are certified according to the EN ISO norm.In specific divisions, special pre-treatments are implemented. PRESSURE TANKSLa nostra azienda produce:

I serbatoi sono realizzati con lamiere in acciaio saldate con procedimenti automatici ad arco sommerso (SAW) e/o a filo continuo sotto protezione gassosa (MIG-MAG). Tutto il personale e i procedimenti tecnologici sono certificati secondo le norme EN ISO.In reparti specifici i manufatti previa granigliatura a metallo bianco vengono successivamente protetti con cicli di verniciatura o metallizzazione Zn o Zn-Al.

Our company produces:

- Tanks for geothermal fluids;- Cylindrical tanks for portable and non-portable water;- Cylindrical tanks for hydrocarbon;- Cylindrical tanks for mud deposit;- Tanks on the specific request of the client.

The tanks are realized in welded steel sheet with automatic procedures with submerged arc (SAW) and/or continuous wire under gaseous protection (MIG-MAG). All staff and technological procedures are certified in consonance with the EN ISO norm.In specific divisions, the articles after blasting in white metal are subsequently protected with cycles of paint or metallization Zn or Zn-Al.

Our company produces:

Flanges are made with tubes or carbon steel sheet or inoxidizable steel and welded with automatic procedures with a submerged arc (SAW) and/or with manual welding under gaseous protection (MIG-MAG). All staff and technological procedures are certified according to the EN ISO norm.

Sono realizzati con lamiere in acciaio saldate con procedimenti automatici ad arco sommerso (SAW) e/o a filo continuo sotto protezione gassosa (MIG-MAG). Tutto il personale e i procedimenti tecnologici sono certificati secondo le norme EN ISO 15614-1, EN 287-1 (ISO 9606-1), EN 1418 (ISO 14732).In particolare le saldature vengono sottoposte a controlli NDT su specifiche richieste dai clienti.In reparti specifici vengono eseguiti trattamenti protettivi delle superfici mediante applicazione di rivestimenti di tipo bituminoso, polietilenico, epossidico ed epossidico alimentare secondo specifica del Ministero della Salute Pubblica 102/78, metallizzazione Zn, Zn-Al o altro.

They are made with steel sheet welded with automatic procedures with a submerged arc (SAW) and/or continuous wire under gaseous protection (MIG-MAG). All staff and technological procedures are certified according to the norm EN ISO 15614-1, EN 287-1 (ISO 9606-1), EN 1418 (ISO 14732).

In particular the welding is subjected to NDT controls on the specific request of the client. In specific divisions protective treatments of the surfaces are done by means of applying coatings of the type bituminous, polyethylene, epoxy and epoxy alimentary in accordance with the Ministry of Public Health 102/78, metallization Zn, Zn-Al or other.

Sono realizzati con profilati IPE, HE, tubi strutturali etc. in acciaio al carbonio, saldati con procedimento in arco sommerso (SAW) o a filo continuo sotto protezione gassosa (MIG-MAG).Le saldature vengono sottoposte a controlli NDT tipo VT, RT, MT e UT su specifiche richieste dai clienti.Le protezioni superficiali sono garantite da trattamenti con normali cicli di verniciatura previa granigliatura a metallo bianco, zincatura a caldo o altro.

The metal structures are made with IPE, HE sections, structural tubes, etc. in carbon steel welded with procedures in submerged arc (SAW) or a continuous wire under gaseous protection (MIG-MAG).The welding is subjected to NDT controls such as VT,RT, MT, and UT on the specific request of the client.The surface protection is guaranteed by treatments with normal cycles of paint after blasting in white metal, galvanization or other.

QUALITYIl nostro personale altamente qualificato si avvale di tecnici EWT, IWI, operatori NDT di secondo e terzo livello certificati secondo le norme ASME ed EN ISO. Tutti i processi sono monitorati con sistema di gestione della qualità secondo le norme UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 ed UNI EN ISO 3834-2.

La nostra azienda, su specifica richiesta del cliente, è in grado di eseguire controlli NDT sulle saldature di tipo MT, UT, RX e VT ed inoltre gli accoppiamenti flangiati possono essere controllati con un sistema di rilevamento dimensionale 3D LASER.

Inoltre siamo certificati secondo la norma EN 1090-1 e pertanto i nostri prodotti vengono forniti con la marcatura CE.

Our highly qualified staff use EWT, IWI, operating NDT of second and third level certificates according to ASME and EN ISO norms. All processes are monitored by a managing system of the quality according to the norms UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 and UNI EN ISO 3834-2.

Our company on specific request of the client, is able to perform NDT controls on the welding of the type MT, UT, RX and VT and moreover the flange coupling can be controlled with a system of dimensional survey 3D Laser.

Moreover, we are certified in consonance with the EN 1090-1 norm and therefore our products are furnished with the CE branding.

L’azienda nasce nel 1946 dalle grandi capacità del giovane Manfredo Pugliese, che rientrato nel suo paese di origine (Perano – Chieti) dopo il secondo conflitto mondiale, inizia con grande passione l’attività di fabbro in un locale in affitto di pochi metri quadrati. Le lavorazioni sono orientate unicamente verso il settore agricolo principalmente nella riparazione di piccoli attrezzi. Le sue abilità lo spingono a cercare di costruire gli attrezzi dal grezzo, ma non è facile reperire le materie prime e questa carenza lo porta ad utilizzare perfino materiali bellici che la guerra aveva lasciato sul territorio.Nonostante le grandi difficoltà quotidiane, con la sua tenacia riesce a realizzare un piccolo locale adibito ad
