We have the ability to design all the structures and accessories according to customer’s need due to over 60 years of experience in the market. Calcula-tions are made by Engineers according to the latest international standards.

Detailed calculations are made by means of kinetic and finite elements and special care is given to long term durability and performance. We always give special attention to ride safety regarding local wind and earthquake loads.

The end results is that Fabbri rides are very strong to resist to operating stress and most of the time customer are using these attractions for more than 20 years with proper maintenance.

The history of the FABBRI company is clearly linked to that of “Bergantino”, a village in the North-East Italy.

It was September 1950 when Romolo Fabbri manufactured the first ride. World War II had been over for just a few years and the only thing abounding in the area was war surplus material. This was exactly what Mr. Fabbri made use of to build his first "Telecombat". This is how the adventure started.

After dominating the Italian market for a long time with its "Telecombat" Fabbri began to broaden its horizons.

In the early 70s the direction of the company was taken over by Mr. Licinio Fabbri, his son. At that time the boundaries of the Italian market became too small for the Fabbri company, which then expanded its activities within the entire European continent.

In the 80s the target became the world market. The Fabbri organization's great success is marked by advanced technology, quality, concern for safety and creative imagination: features that have made Fabbri a leader in the manufacture of attractions for Amusement Parks and Travelling Shows.

The enthusiasm for the Kamikaze ride, of which over 150 units were sold in 12 years, is exemplary of the great success of the company. In 1998, after years of collective growth between Fabbri Companies, a single marketing and advertising organization born: the Fabbri Group.

Through Fabbri’s sales company, the rides are exported not just in Europe, but all over the world; all of the Group’s wide assortment of rides and products are offered from this single source.

Construction of main structure is 100% made in Italy by highly profes-sionalized Italian craftsmen, using certified materials. NDT tests are performed according to EN standards and are carried out by independent inspectors.

Assembly is done with direct control taking particular attention to our re-dundant passengers safety restraint system. All details such as paint, electrical panel, sensor, PLC and equipment are tested before delivery. All components are provided by first class suppliers.

GIANT WHEEL Kazakistan The Kazakistan Giant Wheel was another Giant Wheel attraction delivered in 2012 by the new department of Fabbri Group. This Wheel was expressly designed to be installed in the top of a Building. Inside, the construction fea-

tures and overall design of steel.

The loading is made in “continuous mo-tion”, and this allows passengers to enter and exit when the Cabins are in position on the Platform.

This Wheel was fully inspected and ap-proved by TUV with Quality Certification.

A great success for the Giant Wheels team that continues to work in other new projects worldwide with new Park Models and new Portable Versions.

FLYING CARPET - Compact Size Saudi Arabia This Attraction represents the first Compact Ride designed expressly for Indoor and small Amuse-ment Parks, operating year round and required smaller passenger capacity.

This Compact Ride allows the operator to max-imize their revenue, while offering passengers similar thrills as the full size version.

This unit is designed in Semi Portable Version with a steel basement. No concrete foundations is required.

Capacity is 12 passengers and the movement is enhanced by gravitational acceleration.

SMASHING JUMP Germany A new Smashing Jump was delivered in Germany in a Compact Size. The attraction with suspended seats was a smashing success.

This recently delivered mod-el was made in Semitrailer

Version, but the same attraction is available in Park Version. The decoration was designed according to customer request and completed with special LED Lights.

This attraction runs with a special pneumatic program system that weights the passengers before the start of the game. This makes it possi-ble to reach the maximum performance and fun for the passengers.

Fabbri Group is looking to introduce this attraction in new markets.

COASTER PROJECT ONE Tajikistan FABBRI GROUP sold and delivered a new Roller Coaster model Project One bigger version in 58 Meters. This unit was designed especially for a new Amusement Park in Tajikistan and opened with great success during 2012.

This version is designed in Semi Portable Ver-sion. Thanks to a steel base that supports the entire attraction, no concrete foundation is neces-sary.

Coaster Project One features a maximum of two trains with 20 seats, with a max capacity of 40 passengers. Train brakes are made with perma-nent magnetic brake system.

Other dimensions are available.

BOOSTER The Netherland / US Booster Ride continues the great success and even this year Fabbri Group has delivered new Giant Booster 55/16 and new Booster 40/8.

Two units were delivered in Europe and two units in USA, one of which is installed in the East Coast in Atlantic City.

Many customers own more than of one unit, Freij Entertainment Group from Dubai, that owns five units which are in continuous operation in Eu-rope, Middle East and Asia.

Two Semitrailer Versions were delivered in Eu-rope and operated with great success even if in competition with other new rides lately delivered into the market.

Is one of the most successful ride available on the market and up to now we have produced more than 50 units working in 20 different countries. This ride combines EXTREME sensations and SPECTACULAR movements, and thanks to its impact dimensions it is visible from far away and attracts visitors to the Park, becoming symbol of.

The ride does not require a lot of ground space and has a perfect capacity for any type of park. The ride has two loading/unloading positions: as a consequence passengers have a nice panoramic view.

Passengers are seated on SPINNING FREE vehicles back to back, with dangling legs. Each vehicle is equipped with shoulder bar closed by a double locking device. Vehicles can perform a 360° rotation and their variable speed can reach a max force of 3,6G and almost 100 km/h [62 mph].

FREE FALL TOWER

Is the only attraction that generates real FALL in ZERO GRAVITY in absolutely safe conditions, thanks to PERMANENT MAGNETIC BRAKES technology.

For this reason it is still a successful ride as we delivered more than 30 units in 16 different countries.

The passenger unit is lifted up to the top with steel cable winch, then released and pushed to the ground completely free. Special and very strong permanent magnetic brakes provide an additional sensation by decelerating the passengers at max. 5G.

Drop Towers are extremely safe, since the braking system is always active and not controlled by any electric and/or electronic device. Magnetic Brakes are provided by Intamin and built in Germany according to very high quality standards.

SKY SWINGER Spectacular Ride

SKY SWINGER - Classic Size

Is the latest vertical family ride. This attraction combines a simple movement of the swing to a vertical tower structure. The result is an incredible and nice attraction both for Family and Adults.

There are different models available according to customer’s height request. This unit has been delivered in Spain and recently another one has started operations in Germany. Passenger unit is lifted and always controlled by steel cable winch. The special positive and negative brake system guarantees safe operations.

Sky Swinger is a new exciting swinging chairs ride. An innovative and dynamic vertical tower, linked to the most classical swing sensations at the height of 30 or 60 mts, for the fun of 24 passengers at a time. The right attraction for a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Sky Swinger is also equipped with an automatic FULL SAFE PLC that controls all safety functions of the ride including the ride cycle.

BOOMERANG

Is a similar ride but with a different passenger’s vehicle. It is still an exciting attraction with HIGH CAPACITY.

Main difference consists in the form of the plate and seating side of passengers. For this reason BOOMER-ANG is highly appreciated by families.

The unit below has AFRICAN theming with special decorations in the four columns, special decoration on the plate and special decorated panel on the top of the columns.

The whole structure is fixed to concrete foundations at the four corners of the attraction. Entrance and exit platform is very simple and could be easily themed in wooden style.

TOP SWING

Is an evergreen swinging ride updated with outside facing passengers and free dangling legs. Passengers position, combined with center rotation and swing of the main arm provides a very high and exciting sensation perfect for adults and passengers looking for extreme ride.

The success of this attraction is based on the height, on 110°max inclination, providing upside down situations for passengers, and on its HIGH CAPACITY with 30 seats.

Transmission on the top is made without pinion, so the gearbox is directly connected to the axle of the main swinging arm.

The Top Swing as per the photo below has been installed inside a Water Park. The ride gets a very high success thanks to its spectacular movements and has guaranteed an increase of park attendance.

Is one of the most interesting water rides available in the market, with flexible track design according to park’s requirements. Compact versions are available with full water pools and track channels.

RIVER RAPIDS gives you the sensation of a WILD descent through a canyon river and represents the first ride with a high rise followed by a descent ending with a nice splash.

Boats accommodate 4 passengers floating on the river, generated by water pumps. SUCCESSFUL KEY of this attraction is its HIGH CAPACITY owed to the efficient three-section station for loading and unloading passengers that guarantees a short boat start cycle.

POWER MOUSE COASTER

Is the successful gravity coaster of the moment since it combines the classic sensation of a coaster attraction with the new free spin-ning rotation of vehicles. Up to now more than 15 units have been sold in more than 10 countries world-wide.

The ride consists in a zigzag track on which six vehicles move, supported by columns fixed to the base. A new design has been developed by introducing round columns.

Vehicles are controlled by a PLC that monitors their position on the track; each vehicle is also equipped with safety bars kept closed by a locking mechanism.

This fantastic double and dueling family gravity coaster has nice design, built with two different stations, two different lifting systems and two different track ways.

Passengers run and feel to “dueling” one each other with a very attractive lay-out.

Two different models are available. The first with singular individual vehicles and the second one with a train of two vehicles connected each others. This allows to increase the capacity up to 900 passengers/hour.

Track development is 460/520 mt [1513’1710’] with maximum height of 11/12 mt [26’/39’].

This attraction is a marriage of the imagina-tion and the know-how of our R&D team, which always operates to guarantee fun without forgetting safety. This ride has been designed with steel basement in order to avoid concrete foundations.

CLASSIC COASTER - Compact Size

Has founded the history of the roller coasters with its simple and compact design. Today remains a very interesting ride and still represents a perfect medium size coaster for families purposes.

The technology installed on this attraction is completely updated with PLC fail system control that allows to run individual vehicle at a time.

Different models of vehicles are available according to customer’s request, and this ride is completely self standing with its own steel base.

WACKY WORM - Compact Size

Is the most classic and successful coaster for kids and family known world-wide.

The ride is made up of six cars, accommodating 4 passengers each. The ride is complete with a special steel base, and can be delivered in portable version. We have modified seats dimensions with the result of a better adults accommodation inside vehicles. Therefore parents may run with their children thus increasing the number of passengers.

EXPRESS - Compact Size

Is a small gravity coaster with a nice track design.

The ride is made up of five cars housing 20 passengers each with only one train and performs a double run in the track circuit.

The front cars are Themed as RABBIT with decorated fiber-glass and could be themed in different subject according to customer’s request.

The ride support frames and the base are galvanized (or could be painted upon request). The ride can be delivered in portable version. The lifting transmission is generated by tires, with law noise impact which is perfect for Indoor use.

CATACLYSM

Is a different version of the Pandemonium, but with 40 passengers.

Columns are lifted up with hydraulic cylinders before starting rotation. All passengers are seated with dan-gling legs and ensured to the seat with a double locking system.

The ride below is themed with OLD PUMP with special wooden decorations representing the old petroleum pump. Any additional theming upon customer’s request.

PANDEMONIUM & CATACLYSM Spectacular Ride

PANDEMONIUM

This attraction has been designed to offer great sensations and HIGH CAPACITY in a limited space on the ground. 64 passengers are seated in two different free dangling legs vehicles equipped with safety by shoulder bars. The main column is lifted up by hydraulic cylinder before starting operations. The ride provides a 360° rotation of the swinging arms in both rotation (clockwise and counter-clockwise) and a speed which varies from 0 to 14 rpm.

The safety of the ride is guaranteed by a fail-safe control system; in addition, all operation can be manually controlled.

JUPITER

Is a sensational and innovative attraction. It is a mix of rides as Evolution and Boomerang,

The plate is very similar to the Boomerang with 24 seats facing inside the vehicle. All seats are equipped with a double locking device.

The powerful transmission moves up the vehicle with different swings up to the top. When vehicle turn down passengers feel a very nice gravity sensa-tion. We sold many units of Jupiter in central and south America, thanks to its good passengers capacity, those granting good economical returns.

JUPITER & INVERSION Spectacular Ride

INVERSION

This ride belongs to the category of the Extreme and Spectacular rides, too. Many units have been already sold in different Europe-an countries.

Inversion is characterized by a central column and an arm at-tached to the top of the column itself, slightly inclined. Its prerog-ative is a swinging movement up to the Top with 4g acceleration to the bottom . It can reach the top in a short time thanks to the powerful motor installed. The most sensational moment is when the arm comes down from a 100% vertical position.

Passengers are seated in four different vehicles released to free spinning rotation and loop. Overhead lap bars and double locking rack mechanism guaran-tees their safety.

KAMIKAZE / RANGER - Classic Size

Gives strong emotions. The good capacity explains the great success that it gained up to now all over the world: more than 150 units have been manufactured and sold every-where.

The ride is made up of a central column supporting two swinging arms. On each side of the arms a vehicle is fixed, while at the other side a counterweight is connected. Its movement is basically very simple, its arms swing up progressively to the top and at the end it makes a complete rotation. Passengers are seated inside the vehicle, whose safety is guaranteed by overhead shoulder bar and a double locking system.

Was the first swinging ride sold in the market and so successful in the park history because of the classic themed subject. Dozens of units have been sold world-wide getting a great success.

The ride consists of four pillars converging at the top where two swing arms are connected by means of swinging bearings. To the other extremity of the arm a ship shaped vehicle with 8 rows of seats is fixed. Passengers’ safety is guaranteed by lap bars on each seat.

This attraction has a big capacity of 40 passengers, for the bigger ride size, and 24 passengers for the 8.5 meters model. The nice sensation is generated because of the gravity acceleration. The very simple pendulo effect hap-pens even without counterweight.

In the pictures you can see an example of special theme: ANCIENT GREEK style. This means that customers can choose different themings upon their request, adding some precious elements such as wooden and/or stone platform.

Is one of the most traditional attraction in history. Owed to this reason Fabbri Group decided to create a new department specialized for Giant Wheels and to create a new brand as “Giant Wheels”.

The 20 Mts Wheel was the first manufactured by Fabbri, built and transported on only one semitrailer. After 60 years, Fabbri continues to build fabulous Wheels

for Carnivals and Parks, and Professional Giant Wheels over 120 met height.

FERRIS WHEEL

Represents the most classical and beautiful attraction for a park. All families may ride this attraction and see a nice landscape from its height.

We provide different wheel dimensions and gondolas, according to customer’s request.

All vehicles can be decorated with special themes and the wheel can be equipped with special LED light effects. DARK RIDE

Is a fantastic and unforgettable attraction for families and kids. The project includes the mechanical ride attraction with base track way, a certain num-ber of vehicles and an electrical system to operate the attraction.

In addition the ride should be completed with front decorated scenery built in fiberglass or aluminum, according to customer’s need and budget.

A special themed area cab delivered with special subject and/or special effects. The design of the indoor subjects and special effects should be according to final lay-out and design. It will change proportionally to the final budget of the attraction.

Vehicles are available in Suspended or Classic version, and could be equipped with full rotation, vibration and special laser guns. Vehicles models will be with 2 or 4 seats each and the number of vehicles on the track will be arranged according to the required layout.

FLYING ELEPHANTS

Is a classic family ride for all Theme Parks. Many units have been sold in different Amusement Parks world-wide becoming a reference point.

The Attraction is composed of a rotating center and lifting arms acting with com-pressed air. The result is a very attractive ride with Elephant shaped vehicles supplied with special roof .

In the center there is a fiberglass decorated 3D Big Elephant and additional decoration for entrance/exit gate could be provided, as shown in the pictures below. This attrac-tion is unique in its style.

Represents one of the most classic attractions in the market, because of its simple and beautiful move-ment. Passengers are simply seated on the chairs and have the sensation to fly around the ride. All fami-lies, kids and adults run this ride and enjoy the beautiful theme and decoration.

Basically, the attraction has an horizontal rotation and, at the same time, a lifting and inclination of the roof. This combination makes it a very attractive attraction for family.

In addition, this attraction has an important hourly ca-pacity, perfect for any amusement park. It can be also decorated as per customer’s request. Lately we pro-duced a Special Version with Solar Electric Cells locat-ed on the roof. These cells produce power enough to balance, as much as possible, the yearly ride consump-tion.

TELECOMBAT

Is the first ride manufactured by Fabbri’s in 1950. This side picture shows the first unit built up mostly with post war parts, such as tanks, since in that period there were no proper mechanical components for rides.

The game is a real “air battle” where passengers are involved in a sort of competition in shooting their rivals, and at the end only one vehicle remains up as the winner. This ride makes a “video game war” as it was real.

The current version is equipped with the most updated components, but it still keeps the spirit of the first idea of a real Telecombat. The result is a fantastic Interactive Ride where passengers can: Control the lifting of their arm Control the vehicle rotation (around its vertical axle) Fire against any other passenger inside other vehicles Shoot to another vehicle which automatically stands-by for few seconds

At the end there is a real Final Battle where only one Vehicle/Passenger wins the Game The attraction could be completed with a themed platform and design upon customer’s need.

FLUME RIDE

Is an attractive and modern solution for parks which want to differ from the traditional ones.

Passengers will experience a unique sensation, descending from hills and splash in the pool with a special water effects.

The rise is up to approx. 10 met height with a panoramic curve and special drop with a water splash. All parts are hot deep galvanized against corrosion and all vehicles are fiberglass deco-rated. Vehicles are built to allow up to 4 passengers and the whole ride is controlled by PLC system.

According to customer’s need it will be possible to design a special lay-out providing a different hourly capacity with special effects as geysers or water falls. Additional elements such as wood and stones could enrich the Flume Ride thematization.

CAROUSEL

Is a classic kiddie ride, typically considered as the reference points for children in all parks.

Thanks to the movement of horses or other animal shaped vehicles which go up and down, children feel nice emotions. An advantageous characteristic of this ride is that it can be customized, not only the outside round panels, but also all subjects can be designed according to the different customer’s needs.

Classic Carousel is available in different version: the most popular is Jungle Carousel.

Lately we produced a Special Version with Solar Electric Cell located in the roof. These cells produce power enough to balance, as much as possible, the yearly ride consumption.

Is a classic ride updated for young generations, with the latest safety devices. It is a good choice both for families and children, which will experience fizzy moments thanks to its sudden and unpredictable rotations and changes of speed and acceleration.

The ride consists of one arm with a counterweight on the one end and a round plate on the other hand, which rotates in both directions. The main characteristic of this ride is connected to the fact that the main bearing, located under the rotating arm, is inclined, thanks to this the main platform always changes its position on the air.

The structure of this ride allows different theaming, which could be realized also by changing com-pletely the platform (for example with an Helicopter).

MAGIC DANCE / CRAZY DANCE

Is one of the most well-known and successful ride around the world; its success is connected to the free spin loop of vehicles, always changing their position and direction during the ride motion. This ride is still very appreciated by teenagers, because of disco music, together with lights show during the whole cycle.

The ride is made up of a steel base frame and a round steel structure rotating in both directions and on which four satellites rotate and support 4 cars each. Fabbri Group has introduced a special lifting system of satellites, as shown in the pictures below in order to increase view impact. In addition the ride could be complete with back scenery decorated upon customer’s request. Vehicles could be themed as well, in order to introduce this ride in any park area.

The special design of this Vehicle is just an example of how it is possible to theme both Vehicles and attraction.

This ride really simulates a “dance”, that is the reason why it is so popular for teenagers.

The attraction is based on the simple parallel and rotating movement of an hori-zontal vehicle with 40 passengers.
